Angelina Jolie will be playing the lead role in Ridley Scott’s “Gucci”.

The hollywood star actress will play the role of Patrizia Reggiano, the ex-wife of the late Gucci head Maurizio Gucci. The story will revolve arround her hiring a hitman to kill her fashion mogul husband.

The film takes place in the 70’s and 80’s when the Gucci empire was in it’s hay day. I must say, this is an oddly different plot from most of Ridley Scott’s movies.
