Kelly Ripa has made a huge announcement that she will be returning to daytime soap “All My Children”.

Ripa as well as her husband Mark Consuelos were both former cast members on the show. They will be returning for the 40th anniversary episode.

The episode will air on January 5th of 2010, so don’t hold your breath waiting.

Orly Taitz the attourney filing the lawsuits against Obama has been fined $20,000 for her actions by Judge Clay Land. She has been labeled a ‘Birther’ by opponents for taking legal action against Obama’s Presidential eligibility (whether he was born in Kenya or Hawaii).

This is not the first time Taitz has been prosecuted for her pursuit of justice. Her site orlytaitz.com was mislabeled a spam/malware site through the Firefox browser by Obama bots. Secondly, Google eliminated her g-mail account completely without giving cause. There is censorship in America whether we want to admit it or not.

This Judge Land was just one of the many judges she submitted her case to.  This federal judge sided with the federal President. There is a Marine David O’ Carter who will see this case and reprimanded Obama’s attorneys, scolding them for trying to belittle the case.

Oprah and Larry King are now in a booking war over controversial man Marcus Schrenker.

Schrenker faked his own death by crashing his plane in a swamp in Florida. He was a Hamilton County money manager who got into bad dealings with some shady people.

A bidding war has started betwen Oprah and King to get Schrenker on either show. I know that Oprah has more money and will definitely win if money is the deciding factor. Besides, if you were Schrenker you would probably prefer the treatment from Oprah than the harsher version from King.

Carly Simon is throwing a lawsuit at Starbucks who she claims did not represent her well and caused her to lose out on tons of sales.

She decided to promote her new album “This Kind of Love” through Starbucks owned ‘Hear Music’ label.

The singer claims Hear Music didn’t promote her album enough thus causing a major negative impact on sales. Also a price drop didn’t help.

The lawsuit states that by reducing the price “…Starbucks stigmatized Ms. Simon’s album as an album that could not be sold at full price.”

Hear Music said this:

“…(the company) is hopeful that this matter can be resolved in an amicable manner.”

They aren’t backing down against the suit either:

“Unfortunately, sales continued to lag as the title received tepid response from music consumers.”

It sounds like both parties are unsatisfied, usually whoever has the better law team ends up winning these disputes. Since Hear Music sounds like a small company they may have trouble fighting the rich singer on this one.

I know a lot of people who are pumped to see Spike Jonze rendition of “Where The Wild Things Are” on the silver screen.

It was definitely one of my favorite books as a young child. I’d like to see the film, the only wierd thing for me is I always picture Sopranos when I hear James Gandolfini’s voice. Maybe it’s the monster mafia in this secret world.

Asylum is also pumped to see this film!

Paul Anka is making serious claims that Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” song is a rip-off of his own musical piece.

Anka tells TMZ in 1983, he wrote a song with Jackson called “I Never Heard” – and the demo of the song was recorded in Anka’s studio in Carmel, CA. Anka says he took the tape to a studio in Hollywood to put the finishing touches on it for Anka’s duets album, “Walk a Fine Line.” Anka claims Jackson – who was just blowing up at the time with “Thriller” – got a big head and “stole the tapes” from the studio.

Cherry Jones, the actress who plays the current President on 24 has split up from her partner.

Jones, a lesbian, broke up with her longtime “Life partner” Sarah Paulson. They say it was a mutual break up and are still close friends. Jones is saying this is the first time she has been single in 29 years.

“We’re not together anymore, but we’re still dearest of friends,” she told Usmagazine.com on Thursday at the Broadway opening night of The Royal Family in New York City.

Tyler Perry has decide recounts physical, sexual, and mental abuse during his childhood.

This is due to the fact that his new movie “Precious” focuses on an overweight teen girl who goes through physical and emotionally abuse. This stirred some not so funny memories to arise in Perry’s mind.

Emmitt Perry Sr., a construction worker, uttered profane insults at him and relentlessly beat and belittled him, Perry says. The random, violent beatings were commonplace until Perry was 19, he said.

“You … jackass! You got book sense but you ain’t got no … common sense,” he quotes his father as saying.

“I heard this every day of my childhood,” says Perry.

Attempts to reach Emmitt Perry Sr. for comment were unsuccessful.

Tyler Perry was born Emmitt Perry Jr. but changed his name to distance himself from his father.

One night when his mother was gone, Perry says, his drunken father “got the vacuum cleaner extension cord and trapped me in a room and beat me until the skin was coming off my back.”

Perry says that while at a playmate’s house when he was about 10 years old, his friend’s scantily clad mother locked the friend in the bathroom and told Perry to leave.

“I was at the front door trying to get out, when she came in and laid on the sofa and asked me if I wanted the key. I told her I had to go home as it was getting dark.

“She put the key inside of herself and told me to come get it, pulling me on top of her,” Perry writes on his site.

Perry said he was always sick as a child, and that made his father mad. His grandmother contended the family was wasting money on allergy shots. She said Perry had germs on him. One day when Perry’s mother was away, he said, his grandmother decided “to kill those germs on me once and for all. She gave me a bath in ammonia.”

The violence in the home caused Perry’s mother to pack up the car with him and his sisters and drive from Louisiana to California. Her husband reported the car stolen, and the family members went to jail until the father came to get them. Perry said his father beat his mother all the way home.

The producer said he got through by turning to God, and he forgave his tormentors to help himself heal.

Perry, who previously has spoken publicly in more general terms about his childhood abuse, explains his latest revelations this way: “I’m tired of holding this in. I don’t know what to do with it anymore, so I’ve decided to give some away.”

In October 2008, he told Ebony magazine: “I tell people, if you’re thinking about suicide, all that stuff I’ve attempted and thought about it. If you think about it, life gets better. The key to life when it gets tough is to keep moving. Just keep moving.”

Michael Crichton’s widow Sheri Crichton is now going after more money.

She is already getting a million per year for nine years. Now she hase filed a creditor claim against the late author’s estate for 7 million dollars. She had signed a prenup with Michael on April 22, 2005.

This seems really excessive, I don’t know whether the rest of his estate was going to charity or relatives, but either way this woman is already going to be set for life. As long as she doesn’t go MC Hammer and blow it all on luxury items and friends.

Nicole Richie was involved in a crash while being chased by paparazzi.

The photographer didn’t have a license and was taken to jail for his negligent driving as well as driving without a license.

The crash occured at 2pm at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Canon Drive. Two photogs were following behind her and one of them didn’t have the proper paperwork for the cops.

The driver Edwardo Arrivebene had a horrible day as his car was impounded and he had to post bail to get out of jail.
